How much does it cost?

Each job is different and has varying requirements so costs are dependent upon multiple factors. These can include the number of rooms, exterior elements, products, personnel numbers, long travel distances, amount of photos required and the time needed to edit and retouch the photos. How long is the turn-around time?

Accepted Answer

After shooting a project, editing/retouching and digital delivery of the photographs is usually within 72 hours but a rush job can be delivered earlier if required.

Where do you operate?

Accepted Answer

Local operation is within the greater Melbourne area. Rural and Australia wide jobs can be organised upon request. An additional travel cost will apply.

Do you supply photographic prints?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A wide variety of small to large scale prints can be provided with and without wall mounting elements upon request. These can be vivid canvases or stunning specialised metal prints. Print runs from singles to high volumes are available.

What format are the photos and how do I receive them?

Accepted Answer

All photographs are shot in a high resolution digital format called RAW which enables detailed post production enhancement, retouching and editing. They are then saved into high resolution JPEG files for print and digital purposes (TIFF and other formats are available upon request). They are then delivered via an emailed download link.

I was involved in a job you photographed, can I use your photos?"

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the appropriate permissions. If you are not the primary contractor of the initial photos, you can organise to buy specific images for your print or digital publications. The fee is for each image or discount packages of 5+ can be ordered. A licence needs to be signed and payment made before the rights are transferred. Images are delivered via download link and can be used immediately.
 
Please note: Very heavy financial penalties and even criminal charges apply for copyright breach and unauthorised use of photographs. Please do the right thing by the photographer.

Question 9

Do you do aerial photography?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Aerial drone footage can be organised for either still photo or video production purposes. A single pilot or two man team consisting of a CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority) licenced pilot and gimbal camera operator is used for stunning and safe elevated photography.

Do you do video production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A wide variety of video needs can be fulfilled from location shoots, interviews, aerial footage and time-lapses.

Question 11

Do you do time-lapses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. They can range from periods of days, weeks or months. These can also be edited into other facets of video production and audio or your logo can be added.
